Spiritual Accompaniment for Difficult Seasons
I offer one-to-one Catholic spiritual accompaniment for individuals navigating suffering, uncertainty, spiritual struggle, difficult decisions, life transitions, and seasons of weakness or emotional exhaustion.
Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, these sessions provide a calm and reflective space to discern God’s presence, develop spiritual resilience, and discover greater clarity, stability, and strength within life’s challenges.
My approach is theologically grounded, pastorally sensitive, and attentive to emotional and psychological realities, while maintaining clear boundaries between spiritual accompaniment, coaching, therapy, and medical care.

questions you may have
What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual accompaniment is a reflective conversation that helps a person become more attentive to God’s presence, movements, and guidance within daily life and difficult seasons.
It is not therapy or coaching, but a calm and prayerful space for discernment, reflection, and spiritual growth.
What happens in a session?
Sessions usually begin with a short moment of prayer before moving into open conversation.
You are welcome to bring:
-
a struggle
-
uncertainty
-
suffering
-
a decision
-
questions about prayer or faith
-
or simply a desire to remain grounded during a difficult season.
Together, we seek to notice where God may be present and inviting deeper trust, clarity, or resilience.
How do online sessions work?
Sessions are held via Zoom (and if you prefer Teams) link that I provide right after booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Simply use the link in your confirmation email.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share remains private and confidential.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No special preparation is required. Just bring yourself. Some people like to keep a journal or prayer notes handy.
Can I gift a session to someone else?
Yes! Contact me directly, and I’ll help set up a gifted session or package.
What if I’m not Catholic?
You are welcome.
While these sessions are rooted in Catholic and Ignatian spirituality, they are open to anyone sincerely seeking spiritual grounding, discernment, and deeper attentiveness to God.
