I’m Veronica, with my church name, and I offer guidance in spiritual discernment and spiritual resilience rooted in the Catholic tradition and Ignatian spirituality.
After serious health challenges reshaped my life, I discovered how the practice of discernment can help a person remain attentive to God, faithful in uncertainty, and spiritually resilient in difficult seasons.
Alongside my lived experience, I pursued theological formation, completing a master’s degree in theology and currently conducting doctoral research focused on spiritual resilience and the Christian spiritual tradition.
Through spiritual direction, writing, and teaching, I accompany individuals, couples, and parishes who seek deeper discernment, spiritual clarity, and a more resilient life of faith.
My work brings together prayerful practice, theological reflection, and academic research to serve Christians navigating the complexities of life.
